I am excited to announce the radio broadcast of an interview with Alex Halberstadt recorded at the studio for BBC2 Radio earlier this year. From my understanding, the show, a reflection of the well known songwriter and composer, Doc Pomus, will be made up of many interviews and perspectives on his life and the stories there in. Thanks to everyone who was able to stop by for the studio open house earlier this month, it was a huge success and a lot of fun! Thanks to the glorious weather allowing us to set up lawn chairs outside and cook veggie burgers in between visitors. Thanks to Ry Amidon for sharing his vast supply of TAB soda.
The show later in the evening went very well, Graph shook the walls, Moving Pictures finally released a new album. A splendid group of people came out and the police did not. It has been a busy and exciting month at the studio, May is looking to be the same. We have added some new equipment to the space including a weighted, 88 key MIDI controller, Massey and Symetrix processors, and new Oktava and Rode microphones.
